I think it does. This might be mumbling and groaning and complaining., but imo Quinn to win has too much damage Loaded onto her blind for all the utility it gives. Propose: lower damage, MAYBE make it do more damage the lower you are? Edit: i realise the title is messed up. I cannot fix it now.

kanacho1 votesThey nerfed Quinn's flat Q damage. Her Q also does not compare to zapper or cait's peacemaker range. Sure it doesn't have the utility blind, but almost all of Quinn's Q damage comes from her actual AD now (also her Q can get body blocked).
