Is there any reason why Zac's ultimate was changed?

I always thought his ult was cool, powerful (not overpowered), and fitted his personality .. so .. why was it changed exactly?

His ultimate was perfectly fine, his new one is just pointless.

Let’s Bounce! is a more chaotic version of Wukong’s Ultimate (Cyclone) rather than the potential teamfight-defining moment that Zac’s unique, sticky, bouncy nature promises.
