needs to be nerfed without nerfing PTA/Lethal Tempo/Fleet + Resolve rune setup.

It is really obnoxious that every Conqueror champion always runs Resolve secondary and basically become Juggernaut champions. Jax, Irelia, Yasuo and others take Conqueror + Resolve and become hyper mobile Juggernaut Champions while being able to kill Squishies and Tanks.

Why do we never see champions take PTA + Resolve rune setup? Why do we never see champions take Lethal Tempo + Resolve rune setup? Why do we never see champions take Fleet + Resolve rune setup?

Why always Conqueror + Resolve? I know, because you made the most broken keystone in the game that any melee champion (+ ranged champions) can run along side defensive runes and become Juggernauts.

Remove Conqueror and bring back Fervor of Battle. Conqueror is a toxic, unhealthy keystone design in this game. Which madman designed this keystone? What was wrong with Fervor?

Conqueror ?? its not even strong.

They're broken regardless of this keystone. But them being able to kill squishy and tanks is normal.
