redniwediS1 votesYou say favoritism, I say Vayne isn't that far off from where Riot want's her to be. Garen got a movement speed nerf about that size, and his win rate dropped because of it. Not enough to put him where he is now of course, he did get another nerf, however a change that small on a balanced champion can do a lot.
