We have nerfs to four immobile champs coming next patch, all of them extremity severe, and a rework that gives a champion a 3-second point and click 99% slow.

It's a slow. It doesn't prevent flashes or dashes like roots do. And the duration is 2.5 seconds. The Veigar changes can be taken as a buff or a nerf, but preliminary testing suggests a very slight buff. It'll probably end up a wash. Morde nerfs may or may not be harsh depending on what followup changes they make.
