I dont want to get my client triggered by some 3rd party addon but the concept of watching ads to get money for skins to give gifts to my friends (and get for myself too of course) seems really good to me.

Is it good?

I would write a support ticket and ask how it would work. I have no idea how the system works and what would trigger it, but I think that's the best way to get an accurate response. (Unless you using this program loses Riot money somehow, then they'll say not to use it obviously.)
