I drink bleach and play normals, unfortunately I cant play normals because Elo hell followed me into norms :^)

I can't do sht as top lane, win or lose, the jgler and bot lane just decide everything. It's decided even before I get the chance to roam.

It's always been present. It's a team game, obviously, so you have to work with the team. Everyone's a part of a system. Even if you try your best, that's all you are; a part of a system.

The system fails even if one person fails. It's a factor that's not controlled by you, and just dilutes you from what your true rank should be.

Common argument is "you'll always reach the elo you deserve. Eventually."

The problem is the eventually part. Because of the RNG aspect of how competent the teammembers are, it's just playing a bunch of times to see who gets the better team.

The MMR and promotion/demotion system are the key contributing factors in elo hell. Promotion/Demotion with weighted games keeps you where you are, and MMR punishes you for bad luck.

Pray to RNJesus that your bot lane doesn't lose and your jungler camps your lane. Then proceed to pray that your team is capable of taking objectives, there have been too many games where my team has lost because we don't take things after winning team fights.

Those are all factors that depend on the competence of teammates, which is what I hate. You don't have influence in the game, especially in top lane. It's rolling the die to see who's good or not.

You lose games because of the team.

top lane is definitely more influential on the game than bot right not (position wise), ADC are in a very poor spot until like 5 items but with the way drag, towers and jungle are the bot lane is dont die lane. Soon as you die the other team has almost free access to towers and dragons. Top has a very important role to TP into bot to help the lane or just have a 4 man stack or possible 5 if mid comes down too. Its not a very fun meta for me as an ADC main since your entire game focuses on staying alive.

The things you listed are exactly why bot is so important. It's the center of attention, and the ADC is part of the reason why. Being extremely gold-heavy makes all ADCs inherently feast/famine, making it an even better lane to gank.
