Teemo starts calling him a babyback bitch and starts running mid to take his cs, then ragequits for 3 minutes before reconnecting and continue flaming Oh, and the enemy team starts BMing

What the fuck am I supposed to do I'm not allowed to type or do anything; I can't leave, anything I want to say will be used against me WITHOUT CONTEXT and portray me as toxic.

You should probably join in the bm circlejerk because when Teemo and Jhin see you, an upstanding player, get so frustrated that you are forced to sink to their level they will promptly apologize, carry you for the win and each gift you the skin of your choice!

Seriously though? You take the high road like an adult and ignore the trolls and assholes because sinking to their level will accomplish nothing except potentially get you in trouble. You mute them and report them post game and move on, remember the odds of you getting a troll is the same as going against a troll.

Take it because that is all that you can do. You are now a passive participant in the abuse from all other players in league. Riot has made you a victim with no ability to fight back. Oh yeah, but you can report them and hope that something happens that prevents them from ruining other people's games but we all know how that goes...

You laugh at them for being idiots and you try to have as much fun with the game as you can. Then you report them when the game is done and move on with your life. Regardless of what you do in life there will always be people who try to drag you down into the muck. It's up to you whether you let them or if you continue to have fun in spite of them. You can't control people's actions but you can control your reaction.

Try to stay positive and encouraging during the game to see if that'll help turn the team around. When someone gets a clean kill or a team fight ends in your favor, say NJ and specifically call out what was good if you feel there's something that was great but don't take sides. Just complement good plays. Coddle your teammates a little bit when they're going at each other's throats and see if that turns them around.

If they don't turn around, then just stay silent, play through the rest of the game, report them and move on.

You can type. The problem is taking a deep breath and typing calmly. Ask the jungler and Jhin to work together and have a little patience. Ask Teemo to return to support his ADC. Try to call for teamwork, suggest either a 1-3-1 push or 4-1 split to take a few towers. Put wards in key locations and call for Dragon/Herald/Baron kills or to try denying enemy team. Suggest items that may work better, ask them to work with team and be more careful....

There is PLENTY you can type that's not "OMG, WTF you died again! Uninstall the game loser!"

The basic sentiment I see in response to posts like this from the noble League community in regard to getting flamed and bullied is, "Just behave like a perfect example of a rational and emotionally stable human being" ..... so basically do what (arguably) not one single person does in real life.

And if you don't you will be punished.
