What Preseason should be used for.

Every champ that is never played or has a crazy low winrate should see a large buff. (I guess the exclusion to this would be champs deemed cancerous like old Evelynn and Kalista ) If they appear too strong slowly nerf them down a bit.

There are so many champions that I just never see and so many that have been in the pit of misery (dilly dilly) for far too long. I guarantee you, every lobby you enter, you can predict at least 2-5 champions who will be played.

All champs I can say I have not seen in quite some time. (fuck syndra tho lets be real)

This wouldnt do anything. Win rate doesnt correlate to play rate. Statistics have shown that players prefer champions they enjoy and have good thematic cohesion to champions that are over powered.

Ontop of that, winrate =/= balance. Ryze always has a low winrate, but is also generally too strong.

Didn't say it was a fool proof formula, there would be special situations.

Also, it would do a lot in terms of counterpicking and having more viable options. Regardless if you think nunu is fun to play, you will likely get flammed for picking him in his current state, or its your fault when you lose by default.

Instead of giving us the gift of completely changing our understanding of the game and certain aspects, i.e jungle changes and flex queue season 6, now these major rune/spellbook changes.

I would like to see the change of more champions to pick from without being a troll or the soul reason we lost the game.

Just play what you want to play. Soraka was considered a troll pick when she was literally the strongest support in the game bar none must pick/ban. Evelyn was considered a troll pick to the point where people were reporting you for playing her after riot intentionally left her in the gutter before her first rework with stealth, and she was still found to be broken and overpowered once more before the rework.

Champs people consider trash often end up being strong for one reason or another when people figure out a way to play around them somehow, and often switch the meta to play around them when they do.
