Before buffing Sylas again ... you should address his current build path...

He legit build full tank and deal more damage than he should while being unkilleable... Tank ekko and tank fizz weren't fun to play against and on top of it, he take aftershock or grasp of undying. Not to mention he got a execute spell which also heal him for a good amount. I think his scaling should get buffed and his base damage nerfed so he have to build AP to deal damage, not pure tank..

that word... again.... haunts me! again. again?

Sylas was JUST released in the previous patch... Sylas has received no buffs or nerfs. He was simply released... However, they are nerfing his tankiness down a bit... Just for you. They saw this post while visiting the future, and decided that you should have the nerf you wanted. His heal now heals for 20 less hp at later ranks!

28/1/2019 Update Sylas Helping Sylas stretch his legs after being stuck in Demacian jail for so long. (He was weak so we're buffing him.) ATTACK DAMAGE 55.04 ⇒ 58 MAGIC RESIST GROWTH 0.5 ⇒ 1.25 E - ABDUCT DAMAGE 50/65/80/95/110 ⇒ 70/85/100/115/130

What about this in 9.2 ? It's not a buff to you?

Except it doesn't count as a buff. Releasing a champion underpowered and then less than a week later saying, "we need to fix this" is not really a buff. Its a balance or quality of life change.

If you would like to see what a genuine buff looks like, and not a champion release quality of life change, see the current patch notes and scroll down until you find Zed.

He lost his % AD from his ult that was previously on his W to adjust his spell base damage, it's not a buff it's adjustement.
