Are there any plans to add new Champions with Spell Shields?
Sivir and Nocturne remain the only Champions with access to built-in spell shields, and the effect otherwise requires you to get

. Morgana's Black Shield and Fiora's Riposte don't count for this argument, since they don't block all effects of the attack/ability (i.e. they don't block Mordekaiser's ult debuff).
Are there any plans to add more spell shield users, or is that toxic gameplay?
