Why does everybody think true damage = buff to all crit?
No. Do the math before you spout baseless statements.
The changes nerfed damage across the board for ADCs. It's much more about the top and mid now.

Zone of Endless1 votesI mean they did the math when it was 20% true damage(which resulted in almost no difference) and then they reduced it to 15% true damage.
MLDzXnRRR1 votesHehe, now you can't counterbuild and will get melted instantly, if you fall behind. The only nerf is the price cost. The DPS is strill broken, it may be less against other glass cannons, but melts tanks faster.
