We were given a bunch of kit changes awhile back, how come those never got any farther than a few posts on the old forums?

After getting a solid paper kit, Riot realized that the kit wasn't good and scrapped it, he's currently waiting for someone to come up with a good, solid paper kit so Riot can push forward with it.
