Clearly, zed and shaco are set to dominate season 6 solo que. But seriously, I thought it was a very entertaining game to watch. Would have been more fun if it wasn't a blind pick with mirrors enabled, and by fun I mean we might have seen more diverse picks. Just a thought.

Talon is really good in solo queue. Not in professional queue because he is countered by paying attention, but most solo queue players cant do that anyways.

With or without silence, Talon plays the same in solo queue ranked...

Funny you'd mention talon. I think one of the players was commenting on how good he would be in an all assassin match, but none of them actually picked him. I can't remember which player was saying that though.

edit: it was the burger king, he didn't pick talon though. I can't blame him though, zed's a much stronger pick this season.

There's nothing wrong with Talon. He can pick into Zed and do just fine. I consider Talon a much better pick than Fizz after the severe nerfs Fizz has gone through..

You misunderstand me. I don't think talon is incredibly weak or anything, sure he could use a buff or two because of the item changes nerfing him, but that's not the point. I'm just saying that zed is much stronger atm. I mean zed's got a very flexible kit, so he'll always be viable, but he also just got some very nice buffs last patch. Talon's kind of a different champ though. His play-style revolves around how quickly he can punish an enemy's mistakes and he's very reliant on snowballing. As for fizz, I would consider him more like zed than talon. Both of those champs can still be played effectively even when behind because of their mobility and ability to dodge targeted damage, but talon is much harder to do that with because he's much less mobile and can't really mitigate damage to trade effectively. Not saying he's weak, just saying that I can see why pro's would pick fizz or zed over talon and I agree with them.

I don't think Bjergsen chose Zed because Zeds stronger, I think he chose Zed because he is known for Zed, not Talon.

Well, I'm not saying zed being stronger is the reason bjerg played him, but I do objectively think zed is a better pick than talon. Idk what bjerg's thoughts would be. If I were to guess, I'd say that team fire decided that they needed someone to play rengar for their comp and faker probably offered to give bjerg zed because he was the only one on the team comfortable with playing rengar. I'm really just speculating though, because faker is definitely known more for his zed play than rengar.

All the champions picked in the match were skill champs. It was an assassin match. :)

The only champion up there that takes any amount of effort or skill is Eve, and even then, she doesn't take much. The rest of them just spam targeted abilities / AA in your face, and don't care, because you die near instantly.

Welcome to League of Clickers, where even the pros can only compete using champs that take zero effort. Way to go, "balance" team.

Well, since she can't instantly kill someone without having a near-full build and having all her CDs up, she actually has to think about what she's doing, and execute everything perfectly, or die.

The rest? They just click on you and you instantly die.

You go play Zed the way Bjergsen did. Only point and click is his ult, which you still need to land damage on following your activation.

That was my reaction until I saw that beautiful shaco & rengar bot lane. Either faker's just a god rengar or there was some serious strategy behind those picks, probably both actually.

top tier assassins are ekko talon as they got only buffs from the season changes

shaco is very hit or miss

while champs like zed got gutted

lw is garbage now so majority of ad assassins and ad casters got nerfed

You're confused m8. Zed was buffed this preseason not talon. Ekko wasn't buffed either.

ghostblade ie combo gained 20 ad lost 15% crit chance he crits significantly less during death mark which is a huge loss of dps

the only saving grace is early game he is stronger but late game he is much weaker

talon is unchanged hes still as strong as ever

Uhhh.. can't tell if troll or not.... Both ghostblade and lw were core items on talon. Also tiamat was significantly nerfed as well. Talon was just as nerfed as zed due to item changes, possibly even more. Also, thunderlord's works with everyone, Ekko's not the only one who benefits from it.
