Because. apparently. a lot of people here in gold and silver don't really know that jhin has an execute on his 4th auto. and since it does % missing health damage. with the non existent early game armor. he will most likely get first blood if he gets a 4th auto on anyone at around 20-25% health. i see this over and over again.

yeah its usually the thresh that dies before he lands the hook to pull him for aggro the thing is blitz and thresh or other supports with cc always try to bait the enemy adc into a turret dive early on because one turret shot and thats 1/3 of their health. it doesn't go well in jhins condition because he gets a guarnteed crit + the execute damage.
