Sunfire and Thornmail.

You know how there's ... ...this thing? It slows attackers Attack Speed when they attack you, regardless of how far they are away.

It builds into two items:

• Randuin's Omen, which is simply a better version with the same basic passive, and ...
• Frozen Heart, which was probably designed to overcome the stubborn, skilled players that refuse to focus a tank :D

So what other items do we have with similar effects? One that affects attackers and one that affects people too stubborn to attack you? Maybe through damage? Stares at you like Dora

So why not make them build out of one item as well?

Here's my suggestion:

(NEW) Cinder Gown

• Recipe: Cloth Armor + Cloth Armor + 350 Gold = 950 Gold
  • 35 Armor
• UNIQUE Passive: Upon being hit by a basic attack, deals 24 magic damage over 2 seconds to the attacker.

This builds into Sunfire Cape and Thornmail. Thornmail's passive would still remain the same, since you're buying it to counter fed Marksmen.

If I could suggest a picture: A small shoulder cape made of Autumn leaves.
An alternative name would be Cinder Plates. It would look like Thornmail's shoulder plates, but I don't like that idea as much as the cape made of leaves.
