Not my idea unfortunately but it was something I saw and I thought it sounded pretty good.
I always thought the current warrior enchantment was boring. It's just a stat stick that doesn't elevate a champion's play style in a new way once started on or built.
This might be the relatively simple change it needs in order to do so.
It will certainly inconvenience a bunch of Ranged Champions that might want to go Jungle and buy Warrior, but I do agree that it needs some kind of change. A bunch of AD and some CDR isn't that great.

Tiamat should NOT be included among jungle items.
There are at least 2 jungle champions who are strong enough already who rush tiamat early and to include tiamat as a recipe item for a jungle item would only make them even stronger.
Would surely help him out at least, as he pretty much has to rush Tiamat to keep up with other junglers, which just delays his power spikes, compared to someone like who only needs to rush Warrior to spike, let alone his exponentially faster clearing speed (and better ganks post-pillar nerf).
Kind of wish there was an hp+damage jungle item for hp scaling bruisers, because Cinderhulk doesn't provide enough damage for them to keep up with those that can afford to rush warrior, without worrying about defense. Would solve quite a few build-pathing issues that hp-scaling bruisers run into when jungling.
I've suggested this in the past and still agree with it. TBH, I think there should be a few more jungle items and if a tiamat item was added as an alternative to warrior for melee champs, I'd be fine with it.
