Pyke shouldn't be able to ignore Tahm's shield

Look, I understand that giving his ult the ability to just kill anyone below a certain health threshold as apposed to it doing increased damage the lower your health is as a way to counter heavy shield stacking but at the same time, there needs to be exceptions made and Tahm is one of them. Tahm's shield isn't like the shields of other champions, he CAN NOT use it unless he takes damage and if he wants a bigger shield he needs to use it when he's lost a lot of health.

Pyke completely invalidates Tahm's E and there's no counterplay to it other than for Tahm to not do his job of tanking damage. Please make it so Tahm's E isn't ignored by Pyke's ult in some way.

I mean, you just have to use the shield before your remaining health is under the execute threshold.

At the moment Riot seems to be sweeping hard counter matchups under the rug, so I highly doubt Tahm will get any consideration here.

Yes shields are annoying, but when some champions are so heavily balanced around a shield mechanic maybe we shouldn't completely invalidate their shields.

Champs are allowed to have counters, even if it's a really annoying one, and executes are one of those counters.

Tbh if anything Tahm would fuck pyke up. Tahm is too tanky build path wise to be an easy wombo for pyke, and tahms W really screws over assassins.

I'm a little upset over it, but it is an execute. And I would be fine with that if Pyke didn't also directly counter Tahm's W as well. His ult can also kill the champs Tahm has eaten, so basically he's pretty useless against pyke.
