Riot agrees with Poppy and Yorick. They want to rework Teemo, and I can predict Gnar and Kallista will be problems along with most of their newer champions, but what's wrong with Ziggs, Heimer, and Nidalee?

Heimerdinger is a guaranteed pain in the butt when I try lane. Unlike Malzahar, Zyra and Yorick, Heimer's turrets don't eventually die on their own. They are permanent. Since they don't decay, they can shove so fast, so it's a certainty I will be shoved to my tower. I really hate Heimer for his absurd ability at making the laning phase into a boring stalemate. As for Nidalee, I just hate her. Although Ziggs is lower on toxicity, his Bouncing Bomb's speed is irritating as hell.

Toxic? You mean not fun to play as or against, but mainly against not because of numbers but because it feels like you cant do much excluding numbers entirely?

Only three of these guys have the excuse of being remotely toxic since that is their view in the community and the community doesnt really NOT like it except for a few. These being Shaco, Teemo, and Veigar. People might not like Teemo, also, but you cant take his shrooms away or hes not Teemo.

Annie is really annoying simply because there is no cast time / animation on Tibbers, so if she has Flash up than you just die before you can even blink.

It's also rather absurd how Vi can simply just build a Trinity Force and then go full tank and still solo your entire back line...

I hate Aatrox's passive, Akali is pretty BS too, Amumu is fine to me, assuming my ADC at least builds a LW before focusing him, I hate Azir's barrier, Braum's shield is super annoying, Fiddle fearing me once I am catching up to him makes me want to punch my screen, Fiora's ult is just... nonsese, Fizz well... everyone hates that guy, Gnar is anti-melee, which sucks for me, Kalista is the same as Gnar, Katarina mains are usually toxic, and well... I once got pentakilled by a smurf called Reseterina or something like that, I hated the bug more before, LeBlanc dashes over a wall: juked XDDDDDD, Leona is just super annoying with that Zenith Hitbox, Liss has the same problem I have with every untargetable champion, its disgusting, Malphite's ult makes me rage, but I think he is balanced, a noob Yi I can deal with, but one that can dodge abilities with his Q is annoying, I hate Nasus whenever he is either on my team or the enemy team, Nida still deals a ton of dmg with her spears, I still hate her, I never won lane against Pantheon, all I can do is not feed him, but never win lane :c, Quinn's E is so frustrating I HATE IT, Riven mains are always smurfs, even if they stack Lich Banes, Shaco... why Shaco? I got Masked Shaco as a mystery skin but I can't play Shaco, and I hate him at the same time even if I knew how to Shaco, Thresh, to me, is the Lee Sin of supports, Tryndamere is and will always be the champion I would delight in seeing removed, TF's stun is retarded, not OP, but retarded, Vayne is another one of those anti-melee champions, Wukong's jukes... can't unsee, and his laugh... urrrrgh, Yasuo is treated as UP and OP at the same time, I think he is just an abomination, Zed amazing plays just because he dashed back to safety after killing someone, adn his laugh too...
