talk about hitting him where it doesn't hurt. I would rather have his ult cd to 110 sec at level 1.
I would rather him been what he is suppose to be, a kill SETTER not a KILL DOER. On released they said his main goal was to SET kills and do "Outplay" situations. Instead only thing he needs to do is Q R Q E to delete nearly everyone with just a stupid black cleaver and full tank build... And there's no counter play to this... You're 40% HP! LEe Sin misses his Q? Np he ward hopes and Rs you from 100-200 bigger distance than his leg should even be reaching! And obviously you got no counterplay to a point and click instant damage CC with low CD...
He needs a base damage nerf. and it needs to be a hard nerf. the bump up his scalings a bit. im really sick of this full tank with 1 damage item build that so many players are doing now days. its unbelievably frustrating to play against.
