I'm sure your allies appreciated those 2 dozen deaths of yours.
I'm a squishy adc, what else could I have done? I carried us all towards victory.
Evaluate every situation before making a decision. If enemies are invisible to you then assume that they are nearby. Do not make decisions based on the actions or words of your allies. Make your own calls and use your experience as a guiding force for all your actions.
I did, and I evaluated that certain trades would win us the game. And we won.
That entire game looks like it was a pugfest and went on way longer than it should've.
went something like 25/2 on
be4
I think I still carried harder.
Nah. Orianna by my math carried at least 12% harder.
You think you carried because you had 40 some kills, then look at your deaths.
I don't care if you had 100 deaths if you're the reason why your team won the game you're the carry.
If your team couldn't have done without you you're the carry.
So if I got 0-110-1 and landed a snare on one of their priorities so team could nuke em, That makes me a carry by your logic.
Great. Ill just go run around all game until late game.
Your logic is flawed.
Would your team have won without you?
If the answer is no then yes, you were a carry.
If all you did was land 1 snare in a 100 minute game then your team probably could have done without you.
90% of the time you lose a 4v5. So invalid point.
And I was just going off your logic. If you get the 1 game ending pick, even after going whatever, by your logic, you carried the game.
Okay, perhaps here's a better way to phrase it, "would the team have won if you replaced that player with a generic average player of the tier you're in playing the same champ"?
Also, yes, if you are the one who ended the game and won, then you are the carry. The goal isn't to get kills or cs, it's to win the game. If someone is 100/0/0 with 10000 cs, and they don't finish the game in 10 hours, but their 0/100/0 support ends the game and wins, the support is the carry.
It's just that usually the person with the most kills is the carry but not always.
I've gotten 27 kills and under 5 deaths as Sion once. It was also the enemy's death total.
If my math is right, I carried a little over 5% harder than you.
what math are you using
I'm just dividing your kills by deaths.
I never said it was good or serious math. But this isn't a serious post is it?
You shouldn't do that still. Your net contribution should be your kills - your deaths + 0.5 assists + arbitrary whatever you managed to contribute before dying such as baiting, setting up teamfights and dealing damage. Also kills after 20 kills count for double.
I won a 3v5 with Old Eve waaaaaay back in Season 1. Went something like 35/8/20. Maybe be wrong on the exact score. Pretty sure the enemy team was being controlled by a collection of potted plants.
Holy shit dude you just opened a can of nerd bait to bring in every one-upper in NA.
Oh, so you're back to this. You got first blooded, died 5 times in the first 15 minutes, and went down 9.2k gold at 27 minutes. Kudos for coming back after putting your team that far in the hole, but it took 75 minutes to end the game and you died 24 times.
Pffftt.... you call that carrying?
Try winning 1v5 against plats and diamonds when you're down 15k gold.
THATS carrying hard.
Feels good to finally have outdone the legend himself.

new meta :3 ? Needs more
xd
I've gone 30/9/21 on
before, the fact that I had less deaths and more assists, I think I have in fact carried harder than you before.
If i was in your elo, I would've carried harder.
My best game ever was 30/0 on Jhin.
Holy shit dude you just opened a can of nerd bait to bring in every one-upper in NA.
xD True enough.
So... if you go 50/40/10, you didnt carry.
Its a common misconception people have that the most kills = the most carry, but its not true. now if you manage to get an 80% KD or a 90% KDA, then you carried. But dying a lot, especially if youre the only one on the team who has a good score, is a lot worse than the 0/5/1 proxy singed dying after double proxing the problem lanes at 40 minutes.
It depends on who is the reason why their team won the game.
Is the 50/40/10 player so powerful that the enemy can't do anything to stop him? Then he's the carry. If he's just the guy KSing sure kills after the teammates already had them without his help, then no, he's not the carry.
Is the 0/5/1 proxy singed distracting enemy team members away so that other teams can take turrets, or maybe even taking down a whole lane by himself? Then the proxy singed is the carry. Is the proxy singed dying for no reason? Then no, he's not the carry.
