Is it just me or is Jinx scaling much faster than before?

I've been seeing Jinx more frequently and she feels much more of a threat right now. I can't tell whether she's over-buffed or the balancing of everything else in the game is crap but my god does she kill much faster and efficiently with merely 2 kills.

This is gonna be one of those "if you buff an ADC, they will be the meta for the year" type of thing. Since Riot only picks 3 different ADC's to be the top picked for an entire year.

Get ready guys, you're going to see a ton of Jinx.

I would rather main toplane than play adc vs a jinx

She only went up about 1-2% in win rate, she is just seeing alot more play now which might make it seem like she is more of a threat. She is def not over buffed.

Jinx was buffed to make her being scaled stronger because that's her goal.

You say that as if two kills is not a lot. It very much is.
