idk but i find it pretty viable. i mean her clear in no means is bad. its comparable to a champion like jax. its better than rengar or kha zix.. and devoure works really well on her.
my build was. 
I was able to solo and go 1v2 anyone on the enemy team. her passive works really well with devoure. not to mention i soloed baron. but i think i needed elixier for that.

true but she has an escape. and she doesn't have mana to worry about. but her ganks are not bad at all ahead of level 6.

Her ganks were the only reason I loved jungling her. Its just a feast for her after level 6. Easy to get fed as a jungle Akali.

i really think. i played diana so much in the jungle. shes feast or famine. and shes not that good now because shes only good as ap. she can go devoure. but it doesn't work on her as well as akali. and ap items are more expensive. i think akali is better now. i have level 5 mastery with diana. i don't play her much at all. again shes feast or famine.
FioraWillCarry1 votesAkali Jg was my most reliable role/champ at one point. Then they nerfed Runglaive and made the jungle harder. It no longer works as well as it used to so I stopped jungling her.

Akali is SO HOT1 votesIt used to be alright last season but with all of the jungle changes there is no reason to pick Akali over Diana for jungling
