I just feel like his ult is the most BS ult in the game. Unstoppable, long range, rather quick speed, global vision denial, and strong damage. Then, you try to cc him, and he uses his spell shield. He seems to be the definition of a do-or-die champion: either you kill him, or he kills you.
Stay with your support or other team mates
Good wave manipulation and lane control. Saving your summoners and not blowing your flash like it's on a 20 seccond CD.
Banshees veil blocks nocturns ult. Not sure if you can thresh flay him away or if Jannas ult works. Some ssay it does some say no and i havent tried.I assume poppy's e would prevent noct from flying to her but once again I havent tested it. Teemo and Quinn both have blind to mitigate some of his autos which will definitely help but the fear is still an issue. Quinn's e will help get away from it but still. Some other good items are frozen heart to slow down his high rate of attack speed, makails crucible/scimitar to cleanse the fear, hourglass might buy you some time/stop the fear.
