Should I rush Tiamat on J4 jg?

My early clears feel really bad when I play him, so I'm just wondering if I should rush a Tiamat for better clear and then build a Titanic as like a 4th or 5th item when I play him. Like how people do on Rek'sai or Kha'zix.

I'd get tiamat on almost any ad jungler unless it's someone like zed or yasuo and I was for some reason jungling
