Why do I feel like when I smurf I always get better teammates.

I recently got my second account to level 30 and when i started the rank process and I felt like I was always put on the winning team. I made this account to practice my weaker roles and champions and it was pretty dumb because even though I was probably better than them I wasn't even put in a position to carry because my teammates were carrying me. I feel like when you have a main and you make a sub account you always get better teammates and I don't know the reason why...

I recently got another account to 30 and were placed with bad players, but my enemies were bad therefore it was easy to carry into and be placed in a higher division. Every game I play on that account I get bad team mates and "usually" bad enemies because I belong to a higher MMR then the people I'm playing with. The difference between you and I is that I practice my main roles on that account, not learn new ones. I imagine you're feeling like you get better team mates because your MMR is at a more stable point on this account and it corresponds more with your individual skill for the roles you're filling.
