Buff ocean and cloud, nerf infernal

I'm completely ok with mountain.

Ocean and cloud tho feel very underwhelming. Especially when you compare them to infernal.

Infernal should get nerfed 100%. I'm honestly tired of RNGing drakes at this point. If it's cloud or ocean on the map, nobody gives a fuck but god forbid it's infernal then everyone goes to contest it, doesn't matter if you are the hard losing team, people ALWAYS contest infernal and don't care about the other ones.

And I completely understand them. I myself honestly don't care about the 5hp regen the ocean gives me when I'm at 10% hp and out of combat compared to the free 875g pickax I can get from infernal. And for my team as well, especially in this dmg meta you get absolutely ridiculous amount of value out of infernal.

And the RNG is off the charts. I've had my fair share of games where we are winning jungle and bot lane and we get 2 ocean drakes and 1 cloud or something like that and then we lose control of the map for the first time in 25 mins and infernal spawns for the enemy. Sometimes you just get RNGed out of the game like that...

I've also been in games where the first drake is ocean/cloud and neither teams are going for it because they don't want to fiddle with the RNG.

I hate cloud when I play skillshot reliant champions. Don't underestimate permanent MS. Also the Ocean drake regen helps a lot if you get it in laningphase and late it lets you recover from poke comps and helps out splipush characters.

It's fine.

Honestly, I like them both. Ocean is a godsend for me as a Diana main - if I see it as the first dragon, I'm doing everything I can to get my jungler over there as early as possible. That mana sustain is super super helpful for some champs - The heal sustain is a welcome little bonus on the side.

Cloud I'm not usually in as much of a hurry to get, but if we have them I DO play around it. Getting a cloud means I can outroam my enemy laner basically 100% of the time. Don't have boots yet, but have a cloud? Still gonna be able to roam fairly quickly. I've had plenty of situations where I got to Baron JUST BARELY in time to steal it, due to a cloud - Also had plenty where I made it just in time to hear it die/get turned on, because I wasn't quite fast enough. Movespeed is super powerful for your macro game. Also a super handy dragon for the average jungle.
