How do I get these subhuman trolls banned ?
If anyone can explain shortly step by step how to ensure a troll gets banned cus reports are just not doing it unless toxic...

Not gonna happen. Riot is much more focused on verbal toxicity than gameplay toxicity.
What's funny is that one can be dealt with the mute button and negated instantly, and the other is 10x are impactful and game-ruining and players have no tools to stop it.
Stop calling them un-human, and Make a ticket after reporting in them in the post game lobby, You will get more answers there too if you have additional questions after making your ticket! hope it helps![sg-syndra]

There is no way for it, it's just a bad game.
Making a report ticket is your best chance, but there is no guarantee...
you can ask for a manual review of the game in a support ticket.
