How willing are you to wait for a role that's not your primary?

Everyone (on the boards) is complaining about how they can't go fill or secondary support because the system will automatically place them into the support role. Now, most people are saying a revert to the old draft mode and this may be the correct thing to do. However, let's say that don't revert it.

How long will you be willing to wait to not get your secondary? Another important question only for the primary fill case, is putting a delay on getting a support role and have the system try to encourage a variety of positions a good idea?

I don't want to talk about whether dynamic queue should be reverted.
