They made it so that the enemy player would actually have a small window to counterplay instead of eating loads of damage and unavoidable CC. So, a good player can avoid the E now unlike before.

Cause, I imagine, it felt really good to be instadeleted for everyone who played against that champ.

I never had problem getting deleted by rengar. Just stand near a cc tank.

I still perform consistently well with him. Have you considered trying to learn how to actually play around his E not being broken?

I just don't use the empowered E any more unless it's for an escape.
