Mordekaiser Bot Lane Theory- He's a support killer

After watching a few PBE videos on youtube I noticed something that no one is talking about because I believe there is a hard grained belief in how ADC/Support kill lanes function in the current meta. The problem (for lack of a better word) is that currently bot lane is all about killing the other ADC. Mordekaiser does the complete opposite. He wants your support.

Most supports are generally melee to a high degree they have to be close to engage even if they have a pull. Morde's new Q crushes them, W gives great damage and sustain as long as your carry or support stays close, and E is great for shield.

Rework Morde isn't a ADC killer he is a support killer which inevitably reduces their ADC effectiveness. Add the new W passive and he's hitting lvl 6 crush support, get a ghost push ADC out of lane or kill , use ghost to get dragon ghost early, take tower etc.

Not to mention in the current state dragon can roam the entire map without Morde. For instance Morde can recall but drag stays on the field, for a ghost split push.
