@Riot There needs to be an actual AP Juggernaut Item

Going through all the reworks and item changes I have noticed there is somewhat of a gap between AD items such as and an AP counterpart. Generally you can take an AD item and find a comparable AP counterpart to a relative degree. even >> to some degree.

There just seems to be an opportunity to develop an AP counterpart to . An Item that gives health, has some form of AOE Passive and scales AP based on HP. Or Hp Scaling off AP something to that effect. For many AP based champs who fall within the Juggernaut category or at the very least can take advantage of those characteristics there seems to be a weird rift between how they itemize and how their kits interact.

Two of the purported four Jugs are heavily invested in AP , and many other Juggernaut abilities in other champions actually take advantage of AP ratios. It seems a little off that these should just build . does have its perks, but it scales a tad bit out of line with many champions, another Tank based scaling item seems warranted.

Example Item: NightFall (Shadow Isle themed item like ) ~3600 Gold 400HP 80AP 10% CDR

Passive: Increases AP by 1% of Max Health Passive: X + % of AP deals damage around target area. Active: When triggered for X seconds. Heal for 10% + X% for every X HP for all damage dealt.
