The whole purpose for remake is for fair games, so why can't we remake when someone dc's mid game?

So let me get this straight. If someone dc's within the first 3 minutes of the game, then it's considered an unfair game. But outside of that 3 minutes everything is fair. I was just in a game where WE SHOULD HAVE WON but our ADC dc'd and his duo support decided to troll. Riot balances the game around pro players. And in LCS if there is even the slightest mouse glitch they will check it out before continuing. You know why? Because it's not fair on both sides if one player is put at a disadvantage. Now I understand we can't pause every game or remake every game that doesn't go our way. But for how many times people dc or just flat out leave a game makes it so unfuckingfair. It doesn't matter what elo you are, this is something unfair to EVERYONE. And I understand some people are gonna say that someone will just leave so everyone else won't lose LP. All they have to do is make the consequences of leaving a game higher. I can live with losing a game because we didn't perform at our best, but I hate games where we lose because someone dc's or afk's.
