Every 5 seconds in a bush. Garen Gains a stack of Justice. upto a maximum of 6. each stack increases Decisive strike damage by 10 + (10 per level + 10% ad) at maximum stacks it also deals an additional 20% of target's current health as magic damage.

He has to sit in the bush for an entire minute, which is next to an eternity in League.
If it is too much, we could put a couple levers on it. Longer time to reach max stacks, stacks are lost the moment you move, you can't gain stacks if enemy has vision on you......etc. etc.
If someone does do this, they'll be wasting a hell of alot of time, missing out on gold, experience, and objectives. I'd say it levels out if you ask me.
Leetri1 votesIt's not fun for anyone involved though. Garen is basically AFK, his team is complaining about him doing nothing, and the enemy that get instakilled out of nowhere couldn't do anything about it. No one wins with this.
