Could you tone down Cassiopeia's movement speed boost?

Currently I'm enjoying the new Cassiopeia. She's great at harassing, though she can't aim for kills until she gets certain items first. But I'm here to talk about an issue:

Every time I seem to nail my Noxious Blast, I get a heavy advantage over my opponent. I can frequently cast Twin Fangs, I can move in to use my Miasma, or I can simply run away if the going gets bad. While I enjoy the movement speed boost, it literally gives her no early game weakness aside from jungle ganks (and those take time before they can be done).

She excels really well against anyone that doesn't start with the best DPS in the first 3 lvs, and while I enjoy that, it feels like she virtually has no weaknesses once she gets going. Her ultimate is up whenever she needs it (because jungler is forced to camp the lane, and from that point she can be passive and not die), her mana problems can be ignored with Clarity, and the sheer amount of damage that her Twin Fangs spam packs really pushes off a lot of other champions.

The core of the issue for me seems to be that her movement speed makes her extremely mobile once Noxious Blast gets ranked up even once. If Yasuo is getting his movement speed nerf, honestly I feel like she should have hers toned down too for how exceedingly powerful it is on a zone control champion. Just a 5% decrease at all levels should see a huge amount of counter-play being made possible.

At the smaller chance that zone control champions become popular picks again (it can happen), then Cassiopeia might need small tune-ups in other areas since other zone control champions have much fewer close range options.

The only champion that I can remember in the history of this game to ever go below 30% winrate and you want to nerf her.

You must be trolling everything about the new cass is complete and total garbage and the only thing she should be seeing are buffs. If she gets any nerfs frankly riot as a company should banned by law from ever attempting balance of any kind ever again.

Who are you playing against wtf? :D , her movement speed "buff" is completely negated by almost like 90% of all the popular midlaners atm. ... there are so many dashes/blinks/gap-closers that her "buff" is almost irrelevant most of the time, and then you have champs like Syndra and Xerath that just outranges her anyway.

The core of the issue for me seems to be that her movement speed makes her extremely mobile once Noxious Blast gets ranked up even once.

Like I said, it's rather irrelevant in this current League of Mobility... her MS buff is useful only after you get Rylai's for the permaslow.

her mana problems can be ignored with Clarity,

No, just no... you should NEVER use clarity, never. Completely useless spell, also you don't even have a slot for it, since you will be using Flash + Exhaust or Teleport or Ignite. If you really need the help from Clarity to survive the early game, it just shows how horribad and flawed the champ design is.

and the sheer amount of damage that her Twin Fangs spam packs really pushes off a lot of other champions.

What are you even talking about? Her Twin Fangs deal really low dmg @ the early levels lulz, their base dmg was also reduces compared to the old ones before these changes. You cannot really harass with Fangs since you won't get any mana back and then you will just OOM. Also they have rather low range so the enemy will most likely retaliate and you will lose the trade.

Just a 5% decrease at all levels should see a huge amount of counter-play being made possible.

You are kidding right? wtf? They ALREADY decreased her MS buff at early levels with this rework lulz... and only increased it at max level basically. Also you don't even consider the fact that you will never get that 30% MS buff @ max level since it will get reduced by the "MS soft cap" first before it even applies ffs. Seriously bro, don't make a case based on trash people you play against who can't dodge a slow skillshot.

Currently Cass is trash and needs some serious and many BUFFS to be even a viable pick.

As a Cass player, 10% movement speed is totally way too much to escape from champs like Yasuo and Akali who can close the gap across basically as great a distance as they desire.

There's not a single champion that Cass can conceivably win lane against unless it's the fault of the opponent. She has no winning match-ups whatsoever. I'm certain that nerfing the only thing even somewhat close to defense in her kit is not the way to fix her busted as fuck rework.

Cassieopia has a weakness.

It's called shutting her down and not letting her ramp up.

And ramping up if you aren't snowballing is actually quite hard at the moment, though I find that part of Cassieopia. As she is definitely rewarded and carry enabled once she is ramped up enough.

If you are actually doing it right you should not need Clarity.

In any case, there are stronger movement speed steroids out there (Evellyn has 70% movement speed for 7 seconds). So in relative terms it is not that strong.

This thread has to be some kind of attempt at reverse-psychology, after all Riot has been ignoring all other complaints related to Cass so far.
