25 AD and 10% lifesteal cost around 1250 gold and you are rising the price from 1500 gold to 1600 gold
Tiamat costs 1350 gold and has 10 sec cooldown. Cutlass has 90 seconds cooldown on active and costs way more. I don't think Cutlass's price is justified
Cutlass applies a soft cc. Tiamat is a bit of extra damage. Tiamat items both cost 3600. Gunblade and bork both cost 3400 and 3200 gold respectively.
Bork is 89% gold efficient for the stats it gives. Gunblade is 121% gold efficient without including its healing
Titanic hydra is 86% gold efficient. Ravenous is 101% gold efficient.
As you can see, both are lacking behind their counterparts, though comparing them is like comparing apples to oranges because both are balanced for two very seperate classes of champions.
Edit: also tiamat is 77% gold efficient, cutlass 83%.
Mate… You can gather that extra 100G from another minion wave.
3 x 14 + 3 x 21 = 105 If a Siege minion comes too then you get an additional 60-90G.
