Would giving Irelia's stun a 'target cannot be stunned again for X seconds' condition work?
I read a post here awhile back and while I'm only a lowly bronze player I've felt the frustration of what the poster was saying. He/She wasn't complaining, but pointing out some problems with Irelia that they felt needed to be CHANGED instead of nerfing her yet again. I can't remember if they suggested this particular solution, but it occurred to me and I wanted to see what folks thought.
Even down here in the pits of bronze you see Irelias winning trades and, as the post I read pointed out, PUNISHING opponents for doing what they are SUPPOSED to do: going in for a trade when they have more health than the enemy.
it actually kinda feels like what happened with Garen right after his rework when people would get kills on him, he'd hit 6, his lane opponent would become the Villain, and suddenly Garen would just destroy them. In both cases you were, and are, getting punished for what you naturally should be doing.
Maybe I'm wrong, but would limiting the amount of times someone can be stunned due to that ability really be bad? Wouldn't it just add a layer of strategy in terms of 'I have to bait out her stun by making her THINK I'm going for an all-in, then go and do a REAL all-in in the window of time where she can't stun me again.'?
I dunno...Irelia probably isn't a problem right now for anyone. Was just a thought.
