About Lucian

I have noticed lately that Lucian isn't really prevalent in games anymore. Not saying he's a bad champ or so, I've had some success playing him against the ever popular Jinx, not because he's a counter, but I feel he has a very nice kit to play around and kite her, though he feels somewhat more lackluster against other more mobile/rangy/bursty adc's, like cait or graves. As for his current state it's not directly bad, on the contrary, he might be one of the most balanced adc's atm, good job with that riot.

However, as he's an extremely burst oriented ADC, in a meta that heavily favours sustained dps, I was wondering how community would feel about a very small buff to his passive, perhaps carrying it up from 0.3 to 0.35, or increasing his base attack by a point or two, or my favorite, decreasing the mana cost slightly on his Q, as he's so extremely mana hungry failing to land one or two on your opponets just can hurt your trading potential alot in lane.

Just a little something to help him stay competitive. The reason I'm postin this is because I noticed there hasn't been many discussions about Lucian, which I guess is a good thing as it indicates he's somewhat balanced, but eh, yeah, a microbuff, how'd you guys feel about it?
