Will new morde be able to ADC?
Every version of morde I've seen has had some viability bot, will this one?

And what you say isn't true, the whole Morde botlane started on 2015 with his rework not on 2011/2012 I dont remember how old he is exactly but that Morde wasn't viable bot
He'll be viable bot...but idk about as an adc.
Hard to tell without knowing all his actual stats, but just his new ult alone makes him a decent choice in a supportive role. Ulting the enemy adc while your carry rick rolls the support, then rejoining for the 2v1, will be a pretty strong lane turner. If he's got decent power, he can probably beat the hell out of the adc in the 1v1 too.
He won’t be optimal bot lane like he is now. He doesn’t have a passive that gives him exp. he also does not have the poke he has now so he will he shoved out of lane easier.
