Im talking about TwistedFate and Teemo They need to be updated like Chogath Ashe Heck even Varus kinda got his W updated to an active for now

TwistedFate simply needs his E to replace his current passive (RNG gold bad) and give him a new E

Teemo is kinda complex because his W is almost like a passive as well as his E I say his E should replace his current passive His current passive merge together with his current W And he gets a new E

DrMundo would also need a new W but hes tier 1 VGU anyways

What about Vi ? Her W is still a passive, even if it shreds armor and does precent current (or max, forgot) health physical damage. Would you say that'd also need to be changed?

Twisted Fate's new E can be his old Q, Seal Fate.

It was a point and click ability that silenced the target and dealt them damage over time. The target could remove the DoT by killing an enemy unit.

Teemo I think should be a bigger update.

His Passive should be Toxic Shot, I agree.

His W should be changed into a short dash.

And then his new E is his old passive.

Dr. Mundo's W I would simply change into an AOE ability of him throwing an unstable concoction at a target area and it then sets that area of fire. Anyone that runs into the fire (including himself) are then set on fire.

There's nothing wrong with having passive abilities so long as those passives are strong enough to warrant requiring a skill point investment.

Vayne's Silver Bolts and Kled's Violent Tendencies are great examples.

Teemo's poison should remain a skill-point using passive, but it should receive a minor rework. I say they should remove the on hit damage, but allow multiple instances of poison to stack as seperate instances (adding new poison doesn't refresh the duration of old poisons).

TF's stacked deck is more of an "innate passive", I'd agree on that.
