That shit is disgusting, and not only that, it's fucking 80% attack speed. How is this fair in any situation?! It completely ruins the purpose of getting a gold lead to buy attack speed items. Also, melee's can abuse it so much that it's gut-wrenching. No attack speed? No problem! This rune practically ruins the benefit of early attack-speed items.

Melee can abuse it? The very fact that they're melee makes it far less abusable on them. It's not even particularly good.
