We still need more nerfs to reliable burst
Let's see, Electrocute got nerfed and a few other runes. But Zed can still just blink to a squishy and kill them with a duskblade proc + 1 or 2 abilities and his passive lol

doing so will nerf all assasins (while some are balanced), so no better nerf zed specifically
Wait I'm confused here Zed hitting you with everything but ignite should be able to kill squishies. That's kind of the point. If zed hits me with his entire kit and that can't kill me I would expect to never see him again.
