They are throwing away the time of 4 persons, their effort and their mood.
A leaver buster warning is a pathetic punishment for this people.
A 7 days ban or instantly drop a whole Division should be the minimal for this cases.

I think a 7 day ban is reasonable. This would make it so they could still leave in case of absolute emergencies and not be completely screwed, but I think a bad enough punishment that they wouldn't leave unless it WAS an emergency.
In addition, I've always liked an idea that they lose additional percentage of their teammates LP, say 25% per player, resulting in roughly double LP loss. and the rest of the team lose only 75% of the original. But anything involving the LP loss I think would need to be reviewed by riot firsthand, which I doubt they have time to do for each case.
Or even allowing them to choose between a 7 day ban or losing all LP for team.
pE4CbxDPQO1 votesI get thirty minute queue times for it. You can't do anything else in the league client while it's counting down. No setting runes, no chatting with friends, no shopping in the store. You can wait or hit cancel. It gives me five at a time. I end up wasting 150 minutes just because I don't wanna wait to surrender at 20 when its 0/17 at 9 minutes. It's pretty good incentive to waste the additional 11 minutes just to not upset the little shits that make winning impossible sometimes.
