And not to mention, on another note, it's impossible to fight vlad in lane if you're playing talon and a fed leblanc is op too, also there is 0 counterplay to being heavy cc'd besides zhonya or qss which is on big cooldowns and annie is broken too

Yeah, she's OP if fed, but so is like every other champion, including supports... Well some, Bard just sucks. What's with the whole "zero counterplay" strawman argument? Every champion on this game can die last I checked. Every fed champion on this game has died and been shut down in all ranked levels.
Play smart. Before we discuss Riven, we should discuss about 10 other champions that need to be looked at first.
Guess this guy hasn't heard of Heimerdinger who was made to 1v5, 1v2 even before he gets level 6 lol!!! No one has any words to say on that, or words on Rengar dropping a group of 5 down within under 3 seconds. Double standards on these forums.

If a champion is fed, but cannot quickly kill off their target, they are either not indended to be capable of that (
) or they are VASTLY UNDERPOWERED (

I have a sneaking suspicion that 
is not designed to be similar to , so it makes SENSE for her to deal assloads of damage when fed.
Also, there is counterplay. Riven has to build full AD to be effective, leaving her squishy. True, she has her shield and lots of dashes, but the shield is a short duration and you can get around the dashes in pick/ban phase. 
cancel dashes outright, can put down her E in combination with allied slows to keep her from moving around,
similarly force her to stfu, 
fuck her royally, and if all else fails, ONE DOES NOT SIMPLY DODGE A TARGET SPELL

THATS no counterplay. and every champion has nearly no counterplay when fed, thats why being fed wins games, it makes winning easier.
