Quinn's winrate is 54%-57% in all regions lol

Because she has a huge win rate (I think the highest right now) and absurd burst for a ranged champion, not to mention good cc.

She is one of the champs that benefitted the most from lethality.

Quinn is really oppressive as a roamer and a laner, especially against melees. If she gets ahead, she becomes basically unstoppable.

nah, how Quinn's kit is, if she doesnt delete her targets instantly like the Diver marksman that she is, shes useless, she was strong before the lethality update soo honestly, these nerfs to her E will not hurt her winrate..
