Just finished a playthrough of both Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages (Zelda GBC games), and using the Switch Hook made me think of everyone's favorite crab-legged undead Noxian. Urgot's ult is definitely unique, but I can't help but be curious if he will be the only Champion in the game with such a capability.
Will that be the case, or could a variant pop up that has different gameplay requirements?
Quepha1 votesI'm sure there could be if it fit wel into a champion's kit, but it's a pretty unique effect so Riot would probably want to make sure that however a second swap effect would work, it would do it in its own way while also not simply feeling like a better version of Urgot's.
This reasoning assumes that Riot will keep Urgot's ultimate when they get to reworking him, and I'm pretty sure that is something they want to preserve.
Fondling Gems1 votesactually Riot has stated that Urgots ult is the worst part of his kit because it isn't very useful on him, the most recent update seems to say that they are looking at how to buff it but honestly I doubt it will stay. It has been mentioned that it would be better on a champ with a different role.

Did they say it was the worst part of his kit or the most confusing part of his kit because it muddles up what his role is supposed to be? It's really iconic and can be powerful whether you're winning or losing the game, and it has a lot of depth to its use and counterplay through altering your positioning, so I think it's good for the game. The problem is just that it only makes sense on Urgot if he's kinda tanky but his range, damage, and utility mean that tankiness tacked on to that is too overbearing.
