Add more CDR items for mages
Like for real, there is only one league of viable CDR items for mages 
, and they don't stack together because of "haste" and reasons.
TBH, you mostly get 20-30% CDR most games, sometimes even when running Transcendence. Sometimes you run this rune and you get 0 AP unless you get a blue buff. The only other viable "mage cdr" item is 
, but why DF*k would I want attack speed.
Create more CDR AP items meant for mages, create real mana regen % items for mages. You could even add the CDR back to 
since it is in every freaking mage build.

(I miss you, but no mage item grants MP regen to benefit from you)
(Apparently it is toxic for mages to get an item with a speed boost)... oh wait 
, oh yeah but it doesn't have CDR, on an item that requires you to cast spells constantly!
(well, this one is actually quite good, so I'm neutral)
