You've spent the last several patches apologizing for not giving proper context for the changes you've been making.

And now here we are again. You had a nice patch 5.5, we'll give you that.

You're nerfing Evelynn?

Katarina's getting a nerf to her... tankiness?

Singed is going to execute people when he flings them?

There are a few things like the Machete change which have notes in their tooltip explaining what's going on, but that's **all **we have to go off of.

singed is going to be even more OP in soloQ than he already is? Nice. Where are the buffs for champs that actually need them?

To be fair, given that Singed has the 56th highest solo queue winrate, I don't think its that big of a deal (its not like he's currently dominating or anything, and at least unlike Maokai's % health damage, Singed has to actually walk up to you; rather than just dashing)

That said, I'd assume Katarina is being given the Riven treatment, mostly to make it easier for her to lose trades (since she has less health all around now)
