How does Poppy's passive work with:

item 3931 item 3748 / item 3074 item 3124

Basically, is her attack when passive is up counted as a ranged or melee attack? I am hoping that it is melee, similar to Parrrley, but I'm concerned that it won't be, which will significantly devalue some items for her.

It's still melee. Deadman's plate procs on it
