EDIT: People, I'm joking about building MR for Zed. Seriously though, is it not a sign when EVERYBODY takes Thunderlord's?
Lephogam2 votesThunderlord's Decree is not the source of Zed's damage. But I agree that it is a little too op. But this is preseason and Riot might likely modify the mastery.

Then again, the damage on Thunderlord's is ridiculous early on...
alasarcher1 votesYou do realize that opponent with 600 ability power and 18 lvls hits maximum 240 damage with thunderlords? Every 20 sec. Lets say 11 lvl (arround time u finish MR item). He would do maximum arround 130 damage every 20 secs.
Melledoneus1 votesFor somebody going mid lane, and generally very squishy, 10 damage per level is a lot. Because 80 damage at level 8, for example, hurts when paired up with a full rotation of Zed's abilities, which are very difficult to avoid when you're an immobile mage.
Also, if what you're implying is true about Thunderlord's not being broken, then why is every laner and their mother taking it?

has NEVER been viable on Zed. That's an item I would NEVER consider building on Zed if my lane opponent was doing well.

I do think I misunderstood "for Zed" to mean YOU'RE the Zed, but oh my God if you think Thunderlords is doing the main damage stop playing.

Abyssphere1 votesYeah, this is not making me think TLD is broken, it's making me think you made a horrendous itemisation choice.
The mastery is a fraction of his damage and building MR against it made you more vulnerable to the actual bulk of his burst. You would have been much, much better off building armour.
